I went to Limestone College and University of South Carolina/Spartanburg graduating with a concentration in business administration. My career includes over 25 years in banking with the majority of that time spent in the Commercial Banking space. My specific focus has been working with clients in the Commercial and Industrial space that are in the growth phase of the business cycle.
I have two wonderful children, Harold and Kelly and a beautiful grandson, Kevin. Harold, IT recruiting manager and his family lives in Ashburn, VA. Kelly, a venture capitalist, lives in Manhattan, NY.
I am passionate about spending my spare time volunteering in our local communities and have been an active Ambassador of the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce for the last 15 years. Annually I travel to different parts of the world, exploring local culture particularly the local food. Guess I never got rid of the travelling bug from my past career as a flight attendant.
